Read moreOutput settings let you define whether guests receive stills, GIFs, or videos, select resolution and aspect ratio, and set up file naming patterns so that exported media stays organized for post-event delivery and archiving.
Read moreTo use a DSLR, connect a supported camera to your device, install any required drivers or helper apps, and then choose the DSLR as the capture source inside your event settings before testing focus, exposure, and timing.

Read moreEnable the Slideshow feature in your event, then select which outputs to include, how frequently the slideshow updates, and the display style so new captures automatically appear on your connected screen or display.
Read moreIn the Printing section of your event, choose an installed printer, select your print layouts, configure copy counts and print behavior, and run one or two test prints in advance to confirm everything works before guests arrive.
Read moreTurn on Email and SMS sharing for your event, then customize the sharing screen so guests can enter their email address or mobile number and receive an instant link to their session or gallery.

Read moreEvent analytics are available in the Analytics section, where you can track sessions, shares, print counts, and time-based performance so you can report back to clients and optimize future events.
Read moreUse the Countdown Timer feature to enable a pre-capture countdown, set the number of seconds before each shot, and adjust styling so guests have a clear, on-brand cue before the camera fires.
Read moreEnable GIF mode for your event, then configure the number of frames, timing between frames, and assign a template or overlay so guests can capture and share animated GIFs as easily as still photos.

Read moreYou can review historical analytics, token usage, and license activity to estimate sessions and AI calls for an upcoming event, then top up tokens or adjust licenses in your account before you arrive on site.
Read moreIf your token balance reaches zero, AI-dependent features pause until you add more tokens. If you exceed your license limits, additional devices or events may be prevented from starting or may be restricted according to your plan rules.
Read moreIn the Webhooks settings, add your endpoint URL, choose which event triggers (such as capture or share) should send data, and then test deliveries so your CRM or automation platform receives structured JSON whenever those actions occur.
