AI features draw from your token balance, with each AI action (for example, generating an AI effect or AI video) using a predefined number of tokens shown in the feature description or account/billing area.
A license typically covers use of Pictor on specific devices or within a defined scope, and running events on additional devices or locations may require extra licenses depending on your plan.
Paywall lets you require payment before guests can access or download selected outputs, so guests see a payment gate and, after successful payment, they receive access to their media.
You can enable Paywall on chosen events or specific types of outputs and configure your own pricing, allowing you to monetize premium templates, AI effects, or special deliverables per event.
Some advanced features such as AI Effects, AI Video, or high-volume background removal may consume tokens or be available only on certain plans, so their usage can incur extra cost beyond your base license.
Pictor manages the print workflow but does not usually charge per print itself; your print costs are mainly tied to your own printer, paper, and supplies, though templates and event usage still follow your plan’s limits.
Core features like webhooks, analytics, and standard email or text sharing are included according to your plan, but very high-volume sending or advanced automation may be subject to plan-specific limits or add-ons.
You can review past event analytics and your account’s token and license usage to estimate how many sessions, AI actions, and devices you will need, then top up tokens or adjust licenses in advance.
If you run out of tokens, AI-dependent features will stop working until you add more, and if you exceed license limits, additional devices or events may be blocked or restricted according to your plan rules.
