Start Free TrialPictor has native apps for iOS and Android, so any recent iPad or Android tablet can run a booth. There is no native Mac or Windows booth app: desktop operators run the browser-based Virtual Booth instead. Native Mac and Windows booth apps are on our roadmap.
You do not need one, but if you want one, DSLR and mirrorless tethering works on every plan, including Basic at $49/mo. It is not held back for a higher tier.
Basic includes the AI presets and library. Pro adds the custom prompt editor, digital props and background removal. Premium adds video effects, including custom AI video. AI video is Premium only.
Every AI action spends tokens, and the cost is shown before you run it. AI images are 1 to 2 tokens depending on compute level, background removal is 1 token, and AI video is 5 to 15 tokens per 5-second render. Bundles start at 100 tokens for $20 and scale to $0.07 per token at volume. Tokens never expire.
Yes, through the Virtual Booth, a browser experience guests open on their own device with no app download. It is included with Premium at $149/mo and with Enterprise, with no per-event fee. Each event includes 500 virtual sessions, and beyond that each extra session costs 1 token. One license runs one live Virtual Booth at a time.
Captures keep working. Everything queues locally on the device and uploads for processing and sharing once the connection comes back. Uploading and sharing are not possible while the device is offline.
Printing works on every plan, including Basic. Printing runs through the Pictor Print Partner App, a free desktop bridge for macOS 15 or later and 64-bit Windows 10. We recommend a DNP dye-sublimation printer.
Lead capture collects emails, phone numbers and custom fields. Results export as CSV, or push in real time by webhook to anything that accepts a webhook. Dropbox and the Pictor API are supported, and Zapier works through a Webhooks by Zapier catch-hook. There are no per-vendor CRM connectors.
